Imagine it Bakery was started in 2012 by three friends who all contend with food allergies and dietary restrictions. We wanted food that was safe to eat, not just for ourselves, but for anyone dealing with food allergies. This inspired us to create baked goods that almost anyone could eat free of gluten and common allergens. It was also important to us that our ingredients help sustain a healthy body. Instead of relying on rice and starch our recipes are based on alternative grains and legumes with a focus on higher protein and fiber with less sugar.
